All books are sent laminated and packaged in brown paper. If you purchase three or more copies, they will also be sent in a cardboard box, in addition to the other packaging, ensuring that you receive them in perfect condition!
Shipping will take place within a maximum of 48 hours after your purchase, with a tracking code, allowing you to monitor its transit to the destination.
Return and exchange policy
If your product arrives with any damage to the packaging, we advise you to refuse it and return it upon collection. In the event of a printing defect, you can replace the copy(s) received free of charge, contacting us in advance to process and resolve the problem.
If you do not want another copy to be sent back, the corresponding amounts will be refunded.
